We recently reviewed and brought to you news on what is called Cabbage Soup Diet plan, where we followed the journey of a 29 year old female, looking to lose weight through this diet plan. We gave you reports on days one to three of this seven day diet plan and now we bring to you days four to six, enjoy reading the exciting development.
Day 4 of Cabbage Soup Diet Plan
“Day 4 and the weight today is 13st 11lb 6oz so lost 1lb 2oz. I was not looking forward to today, as I struggled yesterday and today I can have even less to eat, today I’m allowed up to 8 bananas, semi skimmed milk and soup. I got up this morning and had 2 banana’s for breakfast thought I’d be hungry but I actually wasn’t. I managed to cook my son his lunch without even wanting to pick! I had a smoothie for lunch made with the milk and bananas and this was actually quite nice and it did fill me up as it was nice and thick. I planned to have soup for dinner but I didn’t get round to it as I’m not staying at home this weekend and had to cook more soup and beef for tomorrow while I’m away. I’m surprisingly not hungry at all so my stomach must have shrunk a bit now, this feels like good times!
Today has been so much easier than I anticipated although I don’t see how I’m going to lose weight today like the other days because as far as I know bananas are fattening when you eat too many and I think 8 is actually too many in the Cabbage Soup Diet plan (if anyone knows how this works well it will be good to know). I will weigh myself tomorrow morning and let you know the development, so wish me luck I think I’m going to need it!”
Day 5 of Cabbage Soup Diet Plan
“Day 5 and I weighed myself this morning and lost 6oz, today I have to eat 565g of beef with soup and 8 tomatoes, I know this is going to be tough as I really do not fancy the beef, I kind of cheat and I have my soup and a big salad. I really enjoyed my salad today and it really filled me up (hope it will not hurt the diet plan to do what I did) salad is very low in calories though so it can’t be bad. I’m away again today and tomorrow so will weigh myself on Monday and will be able to see if it worked or not. One thing is for sure though you still do not get windy issues on this Cabbage Soup Diet plan (thank god). I am seemingly escaping it so I hope I’m not speaking too soon!
I have not noticed a difference in nails or hair through this plan but have noticed much energy today as I am not as tired as I have been before so that’s got to be a good thing, must be all the fruit and vegetable in the Cabbage Soup Diet plan.”
Day 6 of Cabbage Soup Diet Plan
“Day 6 and I can eat as much beef, vegetable and soup as I want today. Again, I didn’t fancy beef so swapped it for chicken breast with no skin, I did enjoy the diet today and it is getting easier and easier now, although it is a understatement to say I’m bored of the soup now. Thank god, it is finishing soon wooooo, will have to weigh myself in the morning again as I am not at home now.”
