Towards the end of last year we brought you an update that Jessie J stated that she would be encountering some hair loss and that she intended to shave off all her hair for charity in March 2013, this day has now come. As you were aware it was not a Jessie J Alopecia hair loss condition but she purposely set out to lose her hair for the sake of donating money to charity; hair loss for a good cause.

For the charity event Red Nose Day, Jessie did go bald and raised money for the Comic Relief funded project called Body and Soul. Body and Soul is a charity that helps people who are living with HIV, young or old the charity supports those who need help and advice and so far due to the support of Jessie J shaving her hair off she has raised more than £500,000.

Jessie J stated that the moment her hair was shaved off she felt liberated, to feel liberated is an amazing experience, it gives you a feeling of being set free, However, what was more important to Jessie was the cause she was donating to, and it was comedian Lenny Henry who actually started the process off by cutting her hair off and liberating her on her journey to helping others. To go bald is a brave move, especially for someone with a celebrity status as the whole world follows them and has their eyes on their every move. After Lenny Henry started giving Jessie the chop, it was Jessie J’s hair stylist who took control of the clippers thereafter and removed the rest of her hair, soon leaving her with a shaven head.

Charitable Events and Donations

One generous act can bring so much happiness to another person, it can change lives. Have you thought about what you can do to help others? Or do you donate to charity already? Every little bit helps so the next time you walk pass a donation box, think about putting a little in, as little as 1p can really add up over time to maybe saving a life and it’s a penny of your time. If you are looking to be adventurous there are various charity events worldwide that you can get involved with or if you feel to be low key that is fine too.

I may not be rich with pockets full of money but I do try to do my best in this world we live in and give back where I can. Every morning when I buy breakfast the money is donated to Cancer Research, when I buy my food at lunch it donates towards sustainable fishing. As you can see, there are a number of charities you can help even on a little budget and you can make a difference.

The world really does not need to be an evil and disrespectful place to live in, if more people were giving, caring and respectful to others it would be a much better place to live in and we would be surrounded by a positive atmosphere, which is very much needed. We need to say goodbye to all the negativity that surrounds us and embrace the good vibes that are emerging around us.

Have a wonderful and positive day.

Today is Mothers Day in the UK and I would like to wish every mum out there a very Happy Mothers Day. I would also like to send a special message to my mother and say mum I hope you know you mean the world to me and being the great woman that you are has held me together through the hardest of times I have been through, so firstly thank you for being a great, caring, loving and supportive mother to me.

My parents and family are amazing people in my life and without them life would not be the same. They have stuck with me through the ups and downs and there were more downs believe me, so for that I am very grateful to have them in my life as I know they will always be there for me. My mum however has taught me some things that I never knew I was capable of; she helped me believe in myself and reminded me that I am strong, beautiful and I can survive.

Childhood and Motherly Support

When I was a young child, from the age of 3 she took me to ballet and tap classes after the busy day she had at work. As my childhood progressed she took me to french tuition classes, tennis summer school, dancing competitions and to the theatre production shows I was in. My mum held my hand every step of the way and even made my dance costumes and helped me learn new skills, trusting in my ability to succeed. Without my mum by my side and believing in me I would not have won all my medals and trophies. My dancing success only came to an end when I left it at the age of 17 to further educate myself and embark on a new route and life experience, which led to my mum then seeing me graduate with a BA Degree from the University of Westminster.

Mum, through everything I have been through I thank you so much with all my heart for keeping me alive. Remember when my throat swelled up and I nearly died of glandular fever, I made it all the way to you on the bus and passed out in the road because I was trying my best to get to my mother who I knew I needed and thanks to you getting me to the hospital in time I survived and then soon after dad drove us all off to France, a miracle happened because we were blessed. Then, I nearly died of an inflamed abdomen and Med and all of you were by my side yet again. I know I have escaped death a few times now, even through a depressive time but you pulled me through and kept telling me to be strong and I was mum.

I know I haven’t been perfect, like every young adult I had my strops and temper tantrums and yes I remember banging the door shut to make my point and getting the last word in and for that I am truly sorry but mum I learnt from this. You have helped me deal with the deeper problems and my emotions, I chose the light and not the dark because of you. Moving out from the age of 21 showed me the outside world and how to live in it and to be grateful for everything you did for me. I had a roof over my head, I had food on my plate and you provided that for me with dad whilst I was at home and you still take me in when I come running home at 31, but I know I can always come home because I feel safe at home with you.

Mums Knows What’s Best

It took a long time to get to where I am, through all the problems, through the Alopecia areata hair loss and the events of last July, but a brave lady emerged and I am still standing here with all my hair on my head and now feeling beautiful inside and out, thank you mum. You remind me each day how beautiful I am and that the heart I have deserves to be loved in the right way, you inspire me to live on and find my new beginning.

Mum, I watched you become a strong woman and I want to remain just like you. You have the best qualities, the best heart I have ever seen, you put others first and you bring joy to their life. You sometimes do not know how special you really are and I am here today to remind you!

Love you always and God bless, Happy Mothers Day x

The male celebrity hair talk in 2013 has already focused on one of our most famous and desired sports fashion icons, and that talk could only be about the one and only David Beckham. Recently in the UK, David Beckham was named as the top inspiration for hair and why not, after all he has sported the most trendy and fashionable styles known to man. Not only has his hair become the most wanted trend in the UK but the David Beckham hair is now a global topic and an inspiration. But, how has David Beckham’s hair taken center stage above all his other skills and is there a worry that he may go bald sometime soon and experience a sudden hair loss, we take a look into David Beckham’s hair cycle.

David Beckham’s Childhood Hair

He is a male celebrity hair icon now but a look back into the childhood of David Beckham and he did not have quite the stylish trends he has today. Back then, as a young child he used to have a short cut with a fringe which looked messy and rough looking. Compare that hairstyle to the way kids are brought up today, most children demand to be stylish from day one and the amount of children I have seen with the kids Mohawk is unbelievable, a style that probably would have been frowned upon back in David Beckham’s childhood days. As soon as David started growing up, his teenage years as a football player consisted of experimenting with hair and not just his football skills. At the age of 14 he joined Manchester United football club and from that football life he sported some of the most remembered styles in fashion, not the best hair fashion he has had but memorable never the less.

Spikes, curtains, bleached blonde need I go on but without this it would not have put him on the map to what he has now become and that is the most talked about male celebrity hair icon. The development of these hair styles back in the day drove David Beckham to keep improving his hair as he grew up, and that he did, which leads us onto his adult life. The footballing professional with a fashion label and married to a posh trend setter Victoria Beckham.

The Adult Life of David Beckham’s Hair

So, from the spikes and curtains along came Victoria Beckham to stamp her mark on David’s hair. We can all say that David Beckham is the pioneer behind his hair trends but really the inspiration was given a kick when Victoria Beckham entered his life. If you seriously take a deeper look at David Beckham before he met her you will see what impact she has had on not just his hair but his overall look. I do not think many women would have looked twice at the old David Beckham, but the new and improved version is a delight.

During adult life David went from the buzz cut, which is a short cut to the dramatic corn rows which did not stay long and onto the trendy male Mohawk which was a trend setter and now to the glamorous David Beckham quiff that we all love. From short to mid length to center styling David has worn many hair cut designs, but which has suited him best? In our opinion he should stay as is. He looks dashing these days and in 2013 he needs to keep that glamorous quiff but no doubt we shall see an unexpected new hair style coming soon as Mr Beckham likes to surprise us every now again!

Recently, someone said to me I never see you get ill and my answer to that was, actually it has been more than a year since I had the flu. Surprisingly, this is quite shocking because anyone that knows me well and over two years ago would have said I was prone to getting ill often and catching the flu easily.

A couple of years ago, I had the flu so bad that it caused me to have a bad chest infection that worsened quickly and brought back the asthma breathing problems I had as a child; a scary moment not being able to breathe properly. Straight after the chest infection, my immune system broke down badly; the worst flu I ever had. Not only did the flu cause some worrying health problems but upon the added stress I had in my life at the time my body was unable to fight back and I developed Alopecia areata.

Alopecia areata, is a medical hair loss condition, an autoimmune disease. When suffering from an Alopecia areata condition you lose patches of hair and over a year I did not just lose one patch but four patches! Luckily for me I recovered from this, but it did take hard work and determination to mend myself and one of the main things I needed to do was to prevent myself from catching the flu again.

From my recovery journey, I bring to you some tips on how to prevent the flu:

Avoid Contact with the Flu

I avoided being in contact with anyone who had the flu. The more you are in contact with the virus the more likely you are to catch this. However, it is not as simple as saying stay away from me, the fact is people are in relationships, have children, friends and people work with each other, even commuting on transport causes contact with the flu and it is hard to fully avoid, so what you can do is be more cautious.

If you are around someone with the flu, use antibacterial hand gels, which will form a health protection. When tissues are sitting around remove those germs immediately and bin them but do this with gloves on and still wash your hands straight after. If you’re in a shared room then open windows to air out the germs. If you are extremely ill do not go into work and cough over everyone else, you are spreading your germs; stay away from others and recover.

Drink Organic Herbal Tea

Not only did organic herbal products help my Alopecia hair loss recovery process but it built my immune system back up. Herbal teas have many health benefits but it really can keep your immune system strong if you find the right herbs to drink. What you must always do is research before buying herbal teas, looking at any side affects it may have and if it can be mixed with other medications you may be taking. Most herbal products are fine and I have never personally encountered side affects only positive results.

The herbal teas I found to be full of health benefits when trying to prevent the flu was:

-Lemon and Ginger

-Chamomile

-Peppermint

-Elder-flower

-Green Tea

-Fennel Tea

Drink Plenty of Fluids and Eat Healthy

As well as herbal teas, I found the best thing I was doing for my positive health results was drinking 2 litres of water a day and consuming healthy organic wholemeal foods. Water, does flush out all the toxins in your body and washes away the germs and not only are you kicking away the flu but you are re-hydrating your skin, which gives great health and beauty results; producing a younger looking you. Always, make sure you have a bottle of water to hand so you do not forget to drink, I personally leave a bottle on my desk so I know I must have the water.

In addition, eating healthy is a must. Fresh fruit and vegetable is what everyone talks about when looking to beat the flu and that is vital but also think about the main meals you have. For breakfast, I started having avocado with scrambled eggs in wholemeal bread; full protein with fiber. Lunch, Salmon or Crayfish sandwiches were a good choice as I saw positive results; extra energy, strong nails and hair. For dinner I opted to add some meat into the diet as I do love a piece of steak but I had to have this with fresh vegetables, a salad or rice. For dessert, no fatty options should be considered just fruit or Green tea.

Exercise Regularly

Exercising is important for blood circulation and I think while I used this fitness remedy to overcome Alopecia hair loss it actually prevented me catching the flu. Exercising will help you to fight infections and flu viruses more quickly and I have seen this first hand. Going to the gym regularly was my routine, at David Lloyd it was great for me as I was not stressed and in a lovely environment, I was not prone to sickness if anything I was at my happiest and healthiest. I was toning up and putting on the weight which was a personal goal for me to achieve; I was healthy and active and laughing loads. One day, David Lloyd stated they were increasing their membership cost and was completely out of the question to renew as it was a monthly figure reaching towards triple figures a month, due to this I had to cancel the membership as it was not affordable and little did I know this would cause my health to go downhill from there.

What I noticed, was as soon as I had stopped exercising my health was becoming weak, I was catching regular colds, my stress levels were increasing and I actually began not laughing, and instead I developed Alopecia hair loss. As soon as I recovered and found a new gym a year later, I started changing my lifestyle habits, decided to exercise again and push myself to the next level, instantly became a stronger person for it and healthy again. Now I regularly exercise 3 times a week when I stick to my routine! I am human sometimes you do skip a session but I do tell myself off only because I know all the positive things that working out brings to healthy living.

On that note, I am heading back to the gym next week and will continue to beat the flu.

In life you can learn many things from those who have made history Neil Armstrong was an icon of world history and undoubtedly one of the most important figures of the 20th century. He died recently at the age of 82 but what he left behind will educate many people as life goes on from beyond the moon.

There is no question that the legacy he has left behind will survive him for innumerable decades to come. His accomplishment, which is also the accomplishment of a nation and of humanity as a whole, has forever changed the world and the place of human societies within it. What we must learn from the life of Neil Armstrong, the man to visit the moon is that through goals and achievements your life can be an honored success.

The Life of Neil Armstrong

Armstrong was born on Aug. 5th, 1930 in a small town in Ohio. He graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Engineering, later conducted graduate studies at the University of Southern California, and was a professor of aeronautical engineering at the University of Cincinnati. In his time, Neil was also an accomplished businessman, a NASA manager in Washington, a distinguished test pilot of the X-15 rocket plane, and a naval officer. He piloted 78 missions in the Korean War, and in 1962 joined the NASA space program.

In 1966, Neil was a command pilot of Gemini 8, during which launch he became the first American civilian to enter outer space. During this mission he played an instrumental role in the first successful spacecraft-to-spacecraft docking. Of course, although Armstrong’s life was filled with a long list of impressive accomplishments, his greatest achievement was to come on July 20, 1969. It is a day that is firmly impressed on the memories of so many throughout the world, and one which still inspires awe and amazement today.

Uttering the now famous words about Neil Armstrong taking one small step and that giant leap, Neil Armstrong became the first man to set his foot on that moon. He collected soil samples, snapped photos, and planted an American flag; bounded across the low-gravity lunar landscape for two hours and twenty minutes; and returned safely home to a world that would never be the same again. His legacy stands as a testament to the power of human determination, intelligence, and teamwork. He was an instrumental figure for promoting aeronautical research and expanding human knowledge. Today, he has become an icon that continues to inspire the ambitions and imaginations of people all around the globe.

Armstrong is the reason so many children grow up wanting to become astronauts. He laid the cornerstone of every future space journey that will be made by man. What is great about the future for not only children but for adults too, is that they can learn all about the importance of this history online and in schools or further education, the resources are available and fascinating to read and learn. The learning experience that has come from one life mission is remarkable. Neil Armstrong is sorely missed but long remembered.

Hair should be kept healthy and maintained as this can help prevent medical hair loss conditions like Alopecia hair loss from becoming worse. The hair on your head has more than one purpose, and did you know that hair actually functions as a weapon; protecting you from all types of weather especially the sun and sunburns. Another interesting fact about the hair on your head is that if you lose this hair it means losing insulation, insulation from hair is vital to how warm we can be; less hair means less heat as the body temperature heat escapes from above.

So, how can we keep our hair attached on our head and healthy enough to consume the extra heat our body produces? Well, the main thing is to eat healthy, drink healthy and live healthy. By doing this, you are then feeding the right nutrients to the hair follicles in the best way possible. Exercising will benefit the blood circulation around the body and encourage the hair follicles to grow and actively making it stronger once the hair develops through that is the key to better looking hair. Drinking 2 liters of water a day will not only benefit your whole body and flush out the bad toxins but it will enhance the hair growth and quality of it. Combining healthy eating, drinking, and living are all qualities in having better hair and protection in the future.

With new and improved hair it is always best to keep protecting this further. Many products exist on the market to help condition the hair better and many supplements are available that can help nourish too but one of the products that helps in an organic way is the Moroccan Oil treatment.

What is Moroccan Oil?

MorrocanOil on hair is great because it consists of 100% Argan oil that is pure and organic and filled with the nutrients that the hair needs and requires regularly. This oil nourishes and protects the whole hair from the roots and right through to the end of the hair with its vitamin E and antioxidants. Not only is this oil great for the hair but it can be used on the skin as well, improving dry and rough skin.

Benefits of Moroccan Argan Oil on Hair

When we think of oil on hair the natural thought is greasy looking hair but the Moroccan oil leaves the hair non greasy and makes the hair look remarkably fresh. This organic hair product works well at limiting frizz and flyaway hair, the natural oil gives it enough moisture to leave the hair in a non-breakable condition. If you do feel fed up with your hair breaking off easily and splitting then it’s best to use oil like this as it protects the hair better and there will be less hair maintenance involved.

The organic root from the tree of where this oil derives from is beneficial to the hair. Vitamins make the hair strong and also healthy, and the ingredients of vitamin E and F with phenols are packed full of a healthy hair-boosting nutrients which increases the natural shine that comes through.

Don’t worry about what type of hair you need to have when using this oil because Moroccan Argan oil is suitable for all types, an extra added benefit!

In society today we really have accepted social media into our lives. If it is not Facebook it is Twitter and if it is not Skype it is Google+, which are all ways of meeting and socialising online but what affect does this have on your health when it all gets a bit too much and too stressful to keep having to keep up to date with the world, trends and interacted with other people’s lives.

Although there have been many positive social media influences cited such as meeting new people, connecting up with old loved ones, building a business; research has shown social site connecting can also be detrimental. Some say this way of meeting Mr or Mrs Right is a gamble like tossing a coin and getting a head or a tail. For businesses, social media can leak out too much information and can even damage a business if their employees are socially seen to be disgraceful; reputation and respect is important in business. So, the question is what does your social media presence say about you?

Social Media Relationships And Networking Problems

Let’s say you are active on a social meeting site, you chat, you laugh and click. You meet someone and the relationship blossoms but then you start seeing pictures, comments, tweets on their page from others which seem too racy or flirty, how does this make you feel? do you feel confident about it and laugh it off as you do not worry about these things or are you curious, upset or even jealous that it makes you want to snoop on their behavior. Maybe they are leaving comments about what they have been doing and hiding it from you, it could even be intimate comments you are finding. These problems are common, you took a chance on this person and now because of social media you feel like you’ve chosen a wrong one and you feel a fool. Comments are visible which is what many forget, imagine how people look at someone because of the things they say on these social media sites, how respected are you?

Social media problems like these can play with your health, people can become mentally ill because the brain sees and thinks many things and the influence of social networking sites hardly cures this problem instead it provokes ill health to the extent where you can start to become weak and depressed. It’s one thing to meet someone online but quite another when your relationship is a free for all. Having to keep checking and spying on a partners whereabouts becomes obsessive and yet this seems to be the normal thing to do in the social world we live in now, many people can’t help but check and then it turns into what you could call an OCD problem.

So, why do some online relationships work and some don’t and why is it that relationships can either go pear shaped or heart shaped using today’s popular social media methods? Well if we could answer these questions we could earn quite a fortune. There are, however, actually some ways to help relationships via the World Wide Web but it all comes down to setting out the rules from day one and having honesty in a relationship. Respecting a relationship is crucially important to it surviving and no social media site should tempt you to cross the line when you are being faithful to the one you chose.

How To Connect With The Ace In The Social Media Pack And Not The Joker

On the web you can always find people with interesting profiles and hobbies that make you want to get in touch and bond with. It doesn’t matter the day or time you can meet and greet them and woo them or be chased because it is easily accessible. It can feel great as it doesn’t matter if you are a bit shy or unsure as no one sees you until you want them to. You can hide behind your profile, icon or avatar and see people and connect with those you want and avoid those you don’t want to meet. There are barriers in place as you can see, you control how you operate online. So, how do you keep cautious and prevent meeting a bad seed? Here are some helpful tips below:

1- Choose wisely; check them out because if there are certain comments about past relationships you don’t like that they have made, chances are there will be some added about you at a later date.

2- Check their background and who they are connected to; if there are inconsistency’s in what they are saying it could lead to them being dishonest in a relationship with you and if you did your homework early on you may have witnessed the signs.

3- Watch out for the general tone of people as well as the content online. If there seems like a lot of anger, or frustration best to avoid these people, because if they show this online they may be like this in real life and who knows what behavioural problems they have. If you are inclined to still meet them then take a friend with you or meet in a very public place and do not go home with them.

4- Don’t confuse internet intimacy with real intimacy, it can become quite intense quickly online but it doesn’t make it real. On the other hand this is a place to explore interests and a sense of humour so just know your limits.

5- Using the social media sites on your mobile device can keep you in touch, which can be good for long distance relationships and keep things alive and active. But, if you are not in a long distance relationship be cautious as to how much time the other half is spending on a mobile device and on these sites in front of you; what does this indicate and is this person up to something is the question?

If they refuse to use their phone in front of you they clearly have something to hide. If they do not allow you to use their phone they have something to hide. If they hide in another room checking their messages they clearly have something to hide, be cautious of this!

For the Future, build relationships and over a longer period of time, so you don’t just jump in to the first relationship you find online or the first person who shows interest. Take a bit of time to get to know people you think may be ‘the one’ because in the long run it is more important to find someone who is right for you and not just take a gamble on any old social media user. You need to know you are truly with someone who is honest, reliable, respectful and not a joker leading a double life.

Jaguar is a name drenched in history and is one of Britain’s original flag bearers, the Jaguar name has been connected with history and prestige ever since it began. Jaguar makes cars for connoisseurs; cars for people who enjoy luxury and making critical judgments. So, what does the Jaguar C-X75 Supercar have to offer and what makes it the next hair raising experience? Are you prepared for a ride in the C-X75, we bring to you some of the most important facts about this concept of design and review the features of what this elegant supercar has to offer.

Facts About The Jaguar C-X75

This Jaguar C-X75 is an innovative development in the car industry, the C-X75 basically is what it is; beautiful expressive art and without any question is one giant leap for Jaguar in history. It represents a new approach to the future saying goodbye to the old Jaguar brand, what we now have here is an exciting, powerful, youthful super car with high ambition. The concept for this new car was released two years ago and since then the production has been eagerly awaited.

The C-X75 supercar is the company’s first supercar effort since the amazing XJ220 two decades ago and at first glance it looks like they haven’t forgotten how to make a supercar. The design looks good from almost every angle; muscular but sleek and aggressive but delicate. But no matter how great it looks, we are talking about Jaguar entering a very competitive supercar market; the features would need to drive some force to compete against the existing leaders.

Features Of The Jaguar C-X75

So, what has Jaguar done to compete in this race? Like with most cars these days, the C-X75 supercar features an innovative engine, only this one is a lot more unique than the other motors we’ve seen. The C-X75, at least in concept form, features a gas-turbine engine. This innovative technology could, in theory, produce ridiculous amounts of horsepower whilst giving back more fuel-efficiency than a horse and cart. Jaguar confirmed they won’t be using this clever tech in the actual production of C-X75 but they have said they’re still working on it for future cars; this is an important feature in going forward for them.

You may be wondering, what will this £700,000 Jaguar have under the bonnet? Well, at first glance, it’s not completely impressive but take a deeper look and its stunning features makes it a very competitive supercar in the market. This all electric powered car delivers and produces 778 horsepower and this comes out of the four electric motors.

The C-X75 model which is a concept and experimental piece of art, is turbocharged with a supercharged engine. So how will they produce 500bhp? Easy – the engine will rev to a frankly insane 10,000rpm, which should please any motorbike fans out there. It’s an amazing way of producing an engine. Just think about it: 500bhp from a 1.6-litre turbocharged and supercharged engine which hits 10,000rpm. Incredible!

What is to be expected from this fast Jaguar concept model is the ability to reach 330 km/h that being 205 mph and accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h from 0 to 62 mph in 3.4 seconds and 80 to 145 km/h that being 50 to 90 mph in just 2.3 seconds; the stats and features of this Jaguar C-X75 speaks for itself.

This is a talked about supercar in the motoring world, here’s hoping it will be everything it seems to be. After all, the industry needs these new developments as it is technology and ideas like this which keeps Ferrari and Lamborghini on their toes. The development and input from the Williams F1 team cannot come soon enough. The fact that Williams will be responsible for producing the Jaguar C-X75 carbon-fiber tub, hybrid driveline and bodywork is well worth the wait in our opinion. Richard Hammond however believes that it is not that conventional and so we look forward to seeing this analysed on Top Gear one day and put to the test against Jeremy Clarkson and James May, then we will surely find out if it was worth it or not! For now enjoy a sneak peak into the future:

Medical hair loss conditions are very common and many people do not often think about natural recovery first when searching for a hair loss cure, more times than not they think paying for a hair transplant will be the best and quick recovery route forward but they are wrong. In actual fact, hair transplants are very costly and can cause a big hole in a bank account unless you are Wayne Rooney on a footballer’s salary that is. Hair transplants cost a lot of money and can actually still leave you looking bald; always investigate your options of recovery before settling for what is seen to be the best option.

If you are looking for some ways to save money during hair loss recovery then think natural and be more organic. Here are a few tips that can help you on your way to recovering from a loss of hair and onto a bigger savings account:

Hand Picked Vegetable And Fruit Mixes

Did you know that one of the main vitamins to help prevent hair loss is vitamin B. Vitamin B plays a vital role in recovery because hair follicles can die easily but vitamin B regenerates theses cells by maintaining the healthiness right through to the skin and muscle tissue. It can be quite expensive if you have to stock up on vitamin supplements monthly so in order to save money, find the benefit of the vitamin in natural fruit and vegetables.

Some of the key fruits and vegetables that contain the vital vitamin of B1 B2 B3 B5 B6 B7 B9 and B12 are artichoke, asparagus, avocado, brussel sprouts, cabbage, carrots, corn, cucumber, mushroom, potatoes, pumpkin, tomatoes, spinach, apricots, banana’s, blackberries, cherries, grapes, grapefruit, kiwi, lychee, orange, peach, pear, pineapple, plum and strawberries.

All of these fruit and vegetables mentioned can either be bought in bulk from a market or from a fruit picking farm and once these are made into home made smoothies it can provide you with not only the added health benefit but increased hair growth. I personally used to have a fresh smoothie every morning that was mixed with a combination of carrots, orange, banana and pineapple and I saw positive hair growth. Sometimes, I would add ginger to this as this gave the smoothie a health boost. Ginger is great to add when you are feeling run down and I found this helped heal my immune system which in turn helped the hair loss recovery.

If you had to buy all these ingredients in a supermarket or already prepared bottled smoothies it would actually cost a fortune, so think before you buy.

Aromatherapy Oils

One of the biggest triggers to hair loss is stress; either patches of hair will fall out which is Alopecia areata or a full hair loss can occur which is Alopecia totalis. In order to unwind and take away the stress it is highly recommended to find a peaceful relaxing environment to unwind in but this can be at a costly. What type of place offers relaxation and treatments to take away stress; a spa does and comes at a cost.

If you want to limit costs while requiring spa treatments then look for online deals, more often than not you will be able to find a 2 for 1 deal or 70% off spa packages and there are many discount codes available online.

If this is still costly, another alternative that I found useful through hair loss recovery was creating a spa in my home. With a few aromatherapy oils and relaxation gadgets you can relax in the comfort of your own home at an affordable price, sit back and watch the hair grow back. Herbal baths with essentials oils is a perfect relaxation; I found the right essential oils for me and my body and hair began to recover quickly.

Hair Gadgets

Hair loss occurs because the hair follicles can no longer survive and this could be because the immune system has broken down. In order to recover those hair follicles you need to stimulate them to grow back; exercising is the best way as the blood circulates around the body better and I would recommend this as part of your weekly routine but gadgets can give it your hair follicles a boost if you do not have the time or money to visit the gym regularly.

Hair gadgets are items like a head massager or a hand held electronic stimulator comb that sends a pulse to the root of the hair and massages the areas that need recovery; they can be very productive and relaxing and will cost far less than a hair transplant operation. Celebrities like Wayne Rooney, a Manchester United football player paid £30,000 for one hair transplant yet some simple hair gadgets could have saved him the money.

There are many ways to limit costs before having to settle for an expensive hair transplant, if you start to follow these recommendations you may start seeing more positive results with your hair and there will be no need to take drastic measures!

No one could have predicted the kind of success JK Rowling was going to have with Harry Potter when she sent off Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone to publishers Bloomsbury all those years back. Harry Potter is now all around us – it’s unavoidable! In the shops, on the television, on the internet, in theatres and posters; the world just can’t seem to get enough of Potter.

The Craze Of Harry Potter

Before Harry Potter, there was truly a gap which connected ‘being cool’ with reading. Adults loved Harry Potter, because it made children interested in reading – and even the adults loved reading it too! In combination with the highly regarded films, the Potter franchise became unstoppable. The characters and the wizardry world has been taking over the hearts and minds of the general public of not just a few countries, but the world.

Pottermore

Even though the film and book series have come to their end, JK Rowling found a way alongside her publishers to keep the magical dream going. Pottermore is a website which is now regarded as the Mecca for Harry Potter fans, providing an online platform for fans to interact with the world of Harry Potter. The site is a mixture of loved old content and original material, giving the online public the ability to explore books, brew potions, practice spells and even challenge other users to a duel all of which works on a ‘house points’ system. Since the 5th of September an interactive experience of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone is available to the world and has so far been a big hit like the movies.

Theme Parks, The Wizarding World Of Harry Potter

Harry Potter will always live on whether it is online, in a book, owned on film or even in a theme park. Potter fans flock worldwide either to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter which is in the Islands of adventures at Universal studios in Orlando Florida or the Harry Potter Tour in London.

Universal Studios made the smart investment of creating an island of adventure dedicated to Harry Potter, where you get to live in Harry Potter Land for a day or even more! Interacting with all different kinds of attractions is the best feature as there is so much variety. If the rides don’t tickle your fancy, you can pop into Hogsmeade, Dervish and Dukes, Zonk’s Joke Shop or Dervish and Banges to find some great Harry Potter gifts! On top of all of this, if you are hungry or thirsty you can pop into the Hogs Head to grab some delicious Butterbeer or pumpkin juice. Take a peak into the world of Harry Potter:

Warner Bros Studio Tour

It’s a given that the Harry Potter studios left a mark of people all around the world, people fascinated by the whole world that Warner Bros cinematically created. At the London Harry Potter attraction the Potter Fans are taken through the studio where all the magic started in Leavesden UK. Here they have a look behind the screen at the costumes, props and animatronics; learning all about how the Potter world was sculpted.

Harry Potter is a craze which is not going anywhere. With the amount of money which anything Harry Potter generates, it would be foolish to stop building the Potter empire; which will always delight the billions of fans across the world. And if you truly can’t get enough, why not invest in the house that Potter was born in as it is up for sale!

Related Posts:

Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle Tour

Emma Watson Is The Face Of Lancôme

David Beckham Statue

Avatar At Disney World Animal Kingdom Park In 2016

Celebrity Hair Color Watch, Hot Or Not?
